In 2020, LSR Group continued the construction of
Its environmentally friendly residential complex NEVA HAUS in St. Petersburg
which is an important project for us. NEVA HAUS is the first elite residential project in St. Petersburg to have passed the official GREEN ZOOM certification confirming its high energy efficiency, water efficiency and environmental friendliness, and to have been awarded a GREEN ZOOM Gold certificate. The first buildings are scheduled to be commissioned in 2021.

New measures and initiatives in 2020
- LSR Group became a member of the Green Building Council. Joining the Green Building Council will allow the Company to expand its ties with the professional community, as well as its green construction knowledge base. Such collaboration will also strengthen LSR Group’s efforts to implement sustainable development standards.
- LSR Group continued using energy-efficient technologies in building construction, such as seamless façades, energy-efficient windows, advanced heating systems, wet and suspended façades and other technologies.
- LSR Group continued constructing healthcare and educational facilities as part of social infrastructure, building parks and other public spaces for sports and recreation. So, in residential complex Civilization the construction of a school for 1,650 students was completed, and in residential complex Civilization on the Neva arranging a recreational area of more than six thousand square metres was carried out.
