2008

• LSR Group fully repaid the first bond issue worth RUB 1 billion that was placed in.March 2005.
• Our Crushed Granite BU OJSC Granit-Kuznechnoye put into operation a new crushing and screening plant in the Vyborgsky district, Leningrad region with a design capacity of over 600,000 cub.m per year.
• LSR Group completed the acquisition of four companies in Yekaterinburg: OJSC Nova-Stroy, a large real estate developer; OOO SMU Nova-Stroy, the leading construction contractor; OOO PKU Nova-StroyProekt design office; and OOO Uralscheben, the crushed granite producer.
• LSR Group put into operation a new aerated concrete plant in Ukraine and also completed the acquisition of OJSC Obukhiv Porous Concrete Plant, the largest aerated concrete producer in the Ukrainian market.

2010

• We signed a contract worth RUB 1,995 million with the Construction Committee of the Government of St. Petersburg to design and build four kindergartens and two secondary schools with a total area of 54,500 m² in Osinovaya Roscha, St. Petersburg.
• Under a state contract we transferred 1,040 apartments to the Government of St. Petersburg.
• During SPO we sold 9,366,383 ordinary shares represented by GDRs. The net proceeds from the public offering amounted to US$ 385.3 million. As part of SPO we successfully placed ordinary registered book-entry shares. Thus the charter capital of OJSC LSR Group amounted to RUB 25,757,553.75 divided into 103,030,215 ordinary shares.
• We entered into the governmental contract worth RUB 3.58 billion to design and build three residential panel buildings with a total area of flats of 110 thousand square metres for public needs of St. Petersburg.
• We entered into an investment contract with the company Verkros to develop a residential neighbourhood with a sellable area of 348 thousand m² in the Leninsky district of the Moscow region on the land area of approximately 60 hectares.
• We performed technological launch of our cement plant with an annual capacity of 1.86 million tons of cement in Slantsy, the Leningrad region.

2012

• We signed a contract with Russia’s Ministry of Defense to design the 1st stage of a multipurpose medical centre for S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy in St. Petersburg (Sestroretsk).
• We started a joint real estate development project with Setl City (a company of Setl Group) on one of our former production sites with total area of 104.7 th m2 in St. Petersburg.
• We signed a contract with ООО Pioneer Construction Company for construction of a residential complex with a total area of 87 th m2 in the Northwest Administrative District of Moscow.
• We launched our brick plant in Pavlovsky Posad (Moscow region) with designed capacity of 70 million bricks per annum.
• Our real estate development business in St. Petersburg reported record results in October 2012 – both in new contract sales and completions in the elite real estate segment.

2014

• LSR Group won the Randstad Award, topping the ranking of best employers in the construction sector, organised by ANCOR recruitment agency.
• The company became an Honorary Member of the Green Building Council.
• Andrey Molchanov, CEO of LSR Group, became the first person to top the list of Best Managers, compiled by the authoritative Delovoy Peterburg newspaper, twice.
• LSR Group became the first Russian developer to set up a Sustainability Committee under the Board of Directors. Main tasks of the Committee are oversight of compliance with ESG guidelines and improvement of the company’s sustainability profile.
• LSR began work in Sochi, launching projects in resort, leisure and the hotel business.

2022

• LSR Group launched sales of building materials through its own mobile app.
• LSR built the first assisted-living facility in Vsevolozhsky District of Leningrad Region. The Group also signed an agreement on cooperation in the social sector with the regional government.
• A new assisted-living centre was opened as part of the Tsvetnoy Gorod residential complex in St. Petersburg.
• LSR Group began work on a large-scale project in the northern part of Vasilyevsky Island in St. Petersburg.
• The Nevsky1 business centre in St. Petersburg reopened after reconstruction and greeted new high-quality tenants.
• The Michurinsky residential complex in Ekaterinburg ranked first in the nomination “Best New Mid-Rise Residential Complex in the Ural Federal District” at the TOP Residential Complexes 2022 awards, and Moscow’s ZILART residential complex ranked second in two nominations: “Best New Residential Complex in Moscow” and “Best Non-Residential Redevelopment Project in Russia”.
• LSR Group entered the thermal insulation business, launching production of LSR.THERMO aerated concrete (the lightest aerated concrete produced in Russia’s northwest).
• The Company completed construction of a 52.3 sq. m townhouse using products from its own reinforced concrete factory in Ekaterinburg. LSR has thus expanded its know-how in the townhouse construction business.
• LSR Group received a special award from the Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg for contribution to social infrastructure development at the city’s Consumer Trust awards.
• The Group began work on a new business-class project, LSR. Bolshaya Okhta, in St. Petersburg’s Krasnogvardeysky District.

2009

• Our Construction BU (CJSC DSK Blok) won the open auction conducted by the RF Ministry of Defence for the right to enter into a public contract for the construction of residential buildings with a total area of 380,000 m2 in Osinovaya Roscha, St. Petersburg with a total value of RUB 11.4 billion.
• Our Mass market residential developer (OOO GDSK) won the open auction for the right to enter into a public construction partnership contract for the construction of 1,704 flats in St. Petersburg with a total area of 107,000 m2 for the needs of the RF Ministry of Defence. The total amount of the public contract was RUB 4.7 billion.
• LSR Group and the State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Activities(Vnesheconombank) signed a loan documentation package for the financing of the final stage in the construction of LSR Group’s cement plant with a total value of EUR 237 million and a 10-year maturity.
• Our Moscow real estate BU (CJSC Mosstroyrekonstruktsiya) and the Morton Group of Companies signed a contract to construct six residential buildings with a total area of 140,000 m2 worth RUB 3.9 billion for the needs of the RF Ministry of Defence in Balashikha, Moscow Region.
• Our Mass market residential developer (OOO GDSK) won the auction for the right to enter into a public construction partnership contract for the construction of 1,040 flats in St. Petersburg with a total area of 40,000 m2 for the public needs of St. Petersburg worth a total of RUB 1.8 billion.

2011

• We signed an investment contract with ООО Bolshoye Domodedovo (a company of Coalco Development group of companies) to build a mass market neighborhood with a total area of approximately 335 th m2 on a land plot of 40 ha in Domodedovo, Moscow Region.
• The rating agency Fitch Ratings upgraded the Company’s credit rating to Level B, Outlook – Stable.
• We acquired OJSC Pavlovskaya Keramika, one of the largest facing brick plants in the Moscow region.
• We acquired ООО 436 KNI, a crushed granite producer in the Leningrad Region, with 84 million m3 of gneiss granite reserves.

2013

• In 2013, LSR Group celebrated its 20th anniversary.
• We started construction of a low-rise residential neighbourhood Michurinsky with a total area of 232 thousand m2, which is the largest low-rise project in Yekaterinburg.
• We commissioned our first apartment hotel in St. Petersburg. The building located at 68, Nevsky Prospect was reconstructed according to the original plans dated XIX century and became a landmark in the historical centre of the city.
• We started a large-scale project on a land plot with a total area of 600 hectares in St. Petersburg. The project implies construction of 4 million m2 of housing and social infrastructure facilities.
• We completed upgrade of our prefabricated factory in St. Petersburg. As a result its production capacity increased up to 500 thousand m2 which makes it the largest prefabricated production facility in Northwestern Russia.
• LSR Group has become the largest manufacturer of bricks in Russia. A new advanced production line was put into operation at our brick plant in Nikolskoe, Leningrad region.
• High quality of our cement was confirmed by the international experts. Our cement business unit was awarded EN 197-1:2011 certificate confirming compliance with the EU quality standards.
• We put into operation a reinforced concrete production complex with a capacity of 330 thousand m3 in the Leningrad region. It is the largest manufacturer of reinforced concrete items in the North-West federal district.
• LSR Group has become the largest manufacturer of bricks in Russia after acquiring Ryabovsky brick plant. The combined capacity of our brick factories has now reached 450 million bricks per year.
• Our prefabricated factory in St. Petersburg started a major social infrastructure project which implies construction of 10 kindergartens for 1,745 children by the end of 2014.
• We completed construction of a dormitory of the Ural Federal University named after B.N. Yeltsin. The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov.
• We signed a contract with Russia’s Defense Ministry for design of a Multifunctional medical centre for the Kirov Military Medical Academy in Sestroretsk district of St. Petersburg
• LSR Group and Setl City (subsidiary of Setl Group) started a joint project which implies redevelopment of one of our former industrial sites in St. Petersburg into a residential complex with a total area of 104.7 thousand m2.
• We signed a contract with OOO Construction company Pioneer to build a residential complex in the North-West district of Moscow.
• We put into operation our brick plant in Pavlovsky Posad, Moscow region. The production capacity of the factory stands at 70 million bricks per annum.
• LSR Group is among top-5 largest real estate developers in Russia by revenue and real estate portfolio in 2011, according to RBC magazine rating.

2021

• The upscale Russian House and comfort-class Civilisation residential complexes were rated as the best development projects in St. Petersburg for the last five years by the authoritative Delovoy Peterburg newspaper.
• LSR Group and the State Museum of Architecture signed a cooperation agreement to renovate the Melnikov House, a monument of the Russian avant-garde.
• The company started work on the first skyscraper (ZILART TOWER) in Moscow’s Danilovsky District.
• The company started work on the NEVA RESIDENCE premium-class project on Petrovsky Island in St. Petersburg.
