Uzbek delegation headed by the First Deputy Mayor of Tashkent Bakhtiyor Khaidarov visited the reclaimed territories in Saint Petersburg.
A high-ranking official and his colleagues came to Saint Petersburg to study the experience of their Russian colleagues in the field of urban planning. The southern part of the reclamation areas of Vasilievsky Island was the starting point of their working visit. The delegation was accompanied by Nikolay Linchenko, Vice-Governor of Saint Petersburg. Mikhail Shakhov, Development Director of LSR Real Estate-NW, told the audience about the famous project to raise the height of Vasilievsky Island, implemented by LSR Group. He told about the unique technologies and capabilities of the company, thanks to which it was possible to complete all the reclamation works ahead of schedule. The high-ranking guests were also able to see with their own eyes how the ‘Morskaya Naberezhnaya’ residential quarter is putting up on the already created artificial land.
The report of the LSR Group representative aroused keen interest of Uzbek specialists. The guests marvelled at the advanced engineering solutions and the integrated approach to creating an urban environment applied by the company.
Previously, similar meetings on the reclaimed territories with our builders have already been arranged for delegations from the Republic of Belarus and China.
