LSR Group got the first hotel in operation

The largest construction holding in the North-West LSR Group purchased two hotels in the centre of Saint Petersburg - at 54, Ligovsky Prospekt.

Thus, LSR Group, which is intensively developing its health resort and hotel business, has its first operating hotel and a hotel asset in the neighbourhood, which is in the final stage of construction. The total room capacity of the facilities is 412 rooms. The amount of the transaction is not subject to disclosure by agreement of the parties.

— The appearance of the first operating hotel within the company's perimeter is an important milestone in the development of our health resort and hotel business, says Igor Levit, the First Deputy CEO of LSR Group. — It is gratifying that it is located in a top location just near Moskovsky railway station, numerous cafes, restaurants, shops and a popular city shopping centre. I am confident that the neighbouring hotel, which we will soon complete, will also be a success. As part of our current strategy, we do not exclude the acquisition of some other interesting hotel assets.  

We would like to remind you that Primorskaya Hotel became the company's first facility within the framework of the new business line development. This is Sochi's first hotel located in the very centre of the city. Its reconstruction, which is scheduled to be completed in 2027, is in full swing. The complex will consist of two new 28-storey buildings (towers) and a historical building built in 1936. The total room stock is 652 rooms, and the volume of investments under the project is 29.9 billion roubles. The hotel on Krasny Kursant Street in Petrogradsky District of Saint Petersburg is also under construction.

LSR Group's health resort assets are also growing. In Sochi, the company is completing the Crystal health resort, where room reservations are already available for November this year. This is the first city health resort built from scratch in a quarter of a century. Nearby, the reconstruction of the Volna health resort, the pearl of the so-called ‘Stalin Empire’, is in the active stage. And the renovated Sestroretsk Resort near Saint Petersburg, which recently celebrated its 125^th anniversary, will open its doors to visitors in 2026. The resort is currently completing the reconstruction of the marine building and construction of the historic Kursaal building, which was destroyed during the Great Patriotic War, the company has decided to return the lost masterpiece to the citizens. LSR Group invested over 13 billion roubles in the implementation of this project.
