03 March 2025
LSR Group became the first company in the construction industry to receive the status award ‘For Active Corporate Policy in Information Disclosure’.
The prize in the form of a crystal symbolizing transparency and openness was established by Interfax and AK&M news agencies accredited by the Bank of Russia to disclose corporate information. It is awarded for impeccable adherence to the principles of corporate transparency, commitment to the highest standards of openness and accessibility of data for investors. The award ceremony was held in the centre of Moscow as part of the ‘Director of the Year’ award ceremony organized by the Association of Professional Directors and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. In particular, the Jury noted the general commitment of LSR Group to the principles of information transparency, a well-organized corporate website, and high-quality reporting.
Vladimir Gerasimov, Chairman of the Jury, Deputy Director General of Interfax, emphasized during the ceremony: ‘Disclosure of information on the stock market has been going through a band of turbulence in the last three years. Against this background, LSR Group is a rare example of stability. Unlike many others, the company practically did not close the information, continues to publish it on time and without exceptions. LSR Group has surpassed many recognized leaders in this field in terms of ESG disclosure. Its active co-operation with the media, superiority in the number of operational reports and high-quality reporting earned the jury's highest marks on all criteria.
The award ‘For Active Corporate Policy in Information Disclosure’ has been presented since 2003. The jury includes representatives of stock exchange platforms, rating agencies, the Association of Professional Directors and information agencies. They assess the quality of reporting, including data on sustainable development, corporate events, ultimate owners and management, as well as the convenience of interaction with shareholders via the corporate website. In previous years, the award winners were companies from the industrial, oil and gas, banking and telecommunications sectors, such as PhosAgro, Norilsk Nickel, Lukoil, Gazprom Neft, Rosneft, Alrosa, Russian Railways, Sberbank and MTS.
