Representatives of the State Construction Supervision Authority of Minsk, Gomel and the Brest region visited the reclaimed territories of St. Petersburg.
During the working visit, the specialists were given the opportunity to see the progress of work in the northern part of Vasilievsky Island, where the process of improving the characteristics of land plots is being completed. The excursion for the guests was conducted by the acting development director of LSR. Real Estate – North-West Mikhail Shakhov and the head of the St. Petersburg State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service Vladimir Boldyrev. Vladimir emphasized that the project will definitely become a new point of attraction for citizens and tourists.
Then the delegation headed to the southern part, where the Morskaya Embankment business-class residential complex is being actively built. Belarusian specialists highly appreciated the integrated approach that LSR Group applies to the implementation of its projects. The first stage of the residential complex has already been put into operation, and since the beginning of the year, a kindergarten with a swimming pool and a salt room has been operating in the courtyard.
