LSR Group has built two more Assisted Living Houses

Two Assisted Living Houses for disabled people opened in Krasnogvardeysky District of St. Petersburg in the “Tsvetnoy Gorod” residential complex.
This project is one-of-a-kind in Russia. This is a system of living arrangement for individuals with mental and physical disorders as an alternative to psychoneurological care facilities. Each house has 19 apartments with all the amenities and furniture. The common area is a spacious open-plan living room with a kitchen area, where residents can spend time together, communicate and, of course, cook their food. They are under 24-hour supervision of specialists who provide not only the necessary care, but also classes of social and domestic adaptation and communication, organize diverse and interesting daily activities. For example, LSR Group built workshops near the houses, where the residents learn various crafts, work and receive payment for their work. All social services for residents are free of charge.
The official ceremony of opening of new houses was attended by: the founder of LSR Group Andrey Molchanov, the president of the St. Petersburg Association of Public Unions of Parents of Disabled Children GAOORDI Margarita Urmancheeva, the head of the local administration Andrey Khort, representatives of the Government and the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, new residents and their parents.
— This is a unique project, which we have typified, — Andrey Molchanov emphasized. - We have built houses that are similar in terms of appearance and equipment — five in St. Petersburg, one in the Leningrad Region. The company does not plan to stop here. The residents feel comfortable in their new houses, they are socializing and, most importantly, they are immensely happy.
— For me, LSR Group is the foundation of this project, — Margarita Urmancheeva emphasized. — I do not know any other business benefactors of such a scale and I am very grateful to the company and its founder personally for the assistance provided.
The first such house was built by the company in 2017. Support for socially vulnerable individuals is one of the key charity areas for LSR Group. Moreover, it is essential for the company that assistance be systemic, innovative and scalable where possible.
