LSR Group completed an elite residential complex on Petrovsky Island

Elite residential complex NEVA HAUS in Petrogradsky district of St. Petersburg has been launched. LSR Group received a permit for the commissioning of the final building in February.
The realization of the project started in 2017. The residential block is located on Petrovsky Island. Its net sellable residential area amounted to more than 100 th. sqm, and 4.8 th. sqm were allocated for commercial needs.
The project consists of eight buildings with the height of 7 to 9 floors. It is designed for 1,223 apartments with various layouts, including terraces and bay windows. All of them are view apartments thanks to carefully designed architectural solutions and surroundings. The windows overlook the water area of Zhdanovka and Malaya Nevka, Krestovsky Island and nearby parks.
The territory is closed for outsiders and equipped with security cameras. The courtyards are landscaped according to an individual landscape project, and the main advantage of NEVA HAUS is 500 meters long embankment. Heated parking with elevator for 885 parking spaces is also provided as a part of the residential complex.
The complex is located in the quietest and greenest part of Petrovsky Island, and Krestovsky parks can be reached in 10 minutes. Commercial infrastructure is also located within walking distance: premium restaurants, fitness clubs and stores. The first school on the island was completed next to the neighborhood last year, and the residential complex itself has two built-in kindergartens for 60 and 140 children.
The design of the project deserves special attention. The facades are covered with clinker bricks of several shades produced at the company's own factory. The architectural solution is based on the external appearance of the historical buildings of the Bavaria brewery, which operated on the site at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries. Architectural concrete was used in the exterior of the courtyards.
