The first stage of the residential complex "Morskaya Naberejnaya" was completed

The State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service of St. Petersburg issued a permit to LSR Group to commission the residential complex. Overall, the first stage includes 1,563 apartments - 629 lots on the coastline "Sea View" and 934 in the "Boulevard" next to the coniferous park. It also provides 663 parking spaces.
There are one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments in the buildings of the first stage, the area of which varies from 36 to 111 square meters. The apartments are offered without fine finishing, while their cost starts from 8 million rubles.
LSR Group implements the new modern microdistrict in four phases. A high-quality and comfortable living environment will be created here for future residents including green courtyards, playgrounds, areas for recreation, games and sports, warm parking lots with elevators, a landscaped embankment, as well as social infrastructure, which is being built simultaneously with the buildings. For example, the first kindergarten for 320 places will open by the time the new settlers receive the keys. In total LSR Group will build four institutions for children, three schools and a polyclinic as a part of the project. In addition, in the residential complex will accommodate the pram storages and storerooms for personal belongings, while the commerce areas will be located on the first floors. The courtyards will be closed to vehicles, and video surveillance will be installed around the perimeter. The main feature of the residential complex will be the smart home system.
The exit to the Western High-Speed Diameter, future metro stations and public transport stops nearby will ensure the transport accessibility so that the city center can be reached in half an hour.
