Residential complex Ruchyi - the most comfortable quarter in St. Petersburg

The results of the annual review competition for the best comprehensive landscaping were summed up in St. Petersburg. Residential complex Ruchyi was among the winners.
When making a decision, members of the city contest commission under the city government assessed the quality of work, the condition of green spaces, the availability of benches and trash cans, the accessibility of facilities for people with limited mobility and the general level of landscaping. The award ceremony was held at the Competence Center for the formation of a comfortable urban environment. Vice-Governor Anatoly Poveliy presented an appreciation letter to LSR. Real estate – North-West (part of LSR Group, the largest construction holding in the North-West).
The residential complex Ruchyi is being built in the Krasnogvardeisky district, which was recognized as the most comfortable among the eighteen districts. Murinsky and Piskarevsky parks are located nearby. There are green courtyards without cars in the quarter, which are equipped with playgrounds and sports grounds for different ages. The entrance to each front door is at ground level, the absence of curbs and steps creates a comfortable barrier-free environment for the disabled and parents with baby carriages. Good transport accessibility of the residential complex provides proximity to the Ring Road, public transport stops and the railway station.
All the necessary groundwork, including social infrastructure, has been designed in the complex, and a kindergarten for 160 children has already been launched. In total, two institutions for kids and a school for 1375 children have been designed.
