LSR Group will build a mirror residential complex in the south-west of Moscow

LSR Group (the leading construction holding in Russia) received a permit to build a business class residential complex Obrucheva, 30 in the south-west of Moscow, and have already started the sales of apartments.
The project is being built within walking distance from the Kaluzhskaya metro station. The complex consists of two towers of 150 and 200 meters high with mirrored facades. The architectural appearance of the building was created by specialists from the authoritative bureau Stone.
The new residential complex as well as the other company’s projects in Moscow will receive a car-free courtyard with sports and playgrounds. In addition, Wi-Fi will be available inside the courtyard, while the benches will be equipped with devices for charging mobile phones.
There will also be an underground parking lot with 460 parking spaces and an area with tire inflation equipment and a vacuum cleaner. Entrance to the parking area will be carried out using a number reading system.
