World record of LSR aerated concrete

In the Levashovo village, the Leningrad Region, a double-floor cottage was built in record time from aerated concrete produced by the “LSR. Wall materials” factory (part of the “LSR Group”, Russia's leading construction holding).
The cottage was built on a ready-made foundation. The specialists from scratch built all the rest - the walls, windows, doorways and a roof. It took them 30 days, 1 hour and 27 minutes. The area of the house is 158 square meters. The result was recorded in “InterRecord's” International Record Book and in the “Register of Russian National Records”.
- There is an opinion that it takes years to build a house out of aerated concrete," explains Sergey Rylin, Head of Marketing of LSR. - The purpose of the campaign was to dispel this misconception. It worked! Even in our case, I am sure, we could do it faster due to optimization of some construction stages and usage of more up-to-date tools. Therefore, I guess, new records of our aerated concrete are not far off!
As a reminder, “LSR. Walls materials”, which provided the material for the construction, includes two aerated concrete plants and four brick factories in the Leningrad and the Moscow regions. The plants are provided with modern equipment, high quality raw materials, and the developed logistic network that allows quick delivery of products to various regions of the Russian Federation.
