27 September 2022
LSR Group, Russia's leading construction holding, has launched a residential complex in the Vsevolozhsk District of the Leningrad Region. The residential quarter will be constructed on the site of the former Rzhevka airport in the village of Kovalevo. This is the company's first project in the region over the past 15 years.
The residential complex will appear on a land plot of 175.3 hectares. The living area will be over 991,000 sq. m., and commercial – 16,500 sq. m. It will include 772 parking spaces. The project is being implemented in several construction stages. The first will include eight houses with a height of 11-16 floors, which are planned to be completed in 2024. Currently, a building with 635 apartments has been launched for sale. It has studios, one-, two-bedroom apartments ranging from 23 to 52 sq. m. The minimum price per square meter is 130.5 thousand rubles.
Rzhevsky Park is being built within walking distance from the railway station, from where it takes half an hour to get to the Finland Station in St. Petersburg. The road to the city center by car takes about 40 minutes.
A distinctive feature of the project is its favorable ecology - the complex is surrounded by dense forest. There will also be a network of bike paths around the area.
The project's own social infrastructure includes nine kindergartens and four schools, a polyclinic, an ambulance station and a fire station. The concept of landscaping the residential complex involves the creation of a barrier-free environment, the buildup of areas for games and recreation. The houses are also designed for wheelchairs.
