LSR Group launches a new business class project in St. Petersburg

LSR Group, one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, begins construction of a new business-class residential complex, LSR. Bolshaya Okhta, in the Krasnogvardeysky district of St. Petersburg.
The residential complex will appear on a land plot of 6.63 hectares and will consist of 11 buildings with a total living area of more than 81 thousand square meters. The commercial area will be almost 13 thousand square meters. The complex will have 981 parking lots. The height of the buildings will vary from 10 to 12 floors. The project will be realized in two stages, the first stage is planned for completion in 2025.
A 12-storey building with 154 apartments has been launched for sale. It includes studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The area of living space ranges from 20 to 75 square meters. The minimum price per square meter - 240 thousand rubles.
One of the main features of the future residential complex will be a smart home system. It includes automatic transfer of meter reading, video intercom calls, electronic access keys and registration of guest access through company's mobile app.
The residential complex will be located near the city center, which will be reached within 5 minutes by car. The nearest metro station will be a 20-minute walk.
The project's own social infrastructure includes a school combined with a kindergarten and a built-in preschool. The concept of improvement of LSR. Bolshaya Okhta includes barrier-free environment and landscaping. The buildings are equipped with pram storages, storage rooms and bicycle parking space. The territory will be equipped with charging stations for electric cars, as well as recreational areas for children and adults.
