LSR Group increased the range of sold individual houses

LSR Group completed the construction of a 52.3-square-meter cottage made of products manufactured at LSR’s own reinforced concrete factory in Yekaterinburg, thereby expanding its variety of individual housing construction.

On September 1, the governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, and the mayor of Yekaterinburg, Alexey Orlov, visited the cottage located in the residential complex Michurinskiy. 

«We will build such cottages under our programmes for doctors and teachers in villages and remote areas», - commented Evgeny Kuyvashev.

It should be noted that the cottage was built using the LSR Group’s prefabricated technology, which ensures high quality and fast construction.

«The turnkey construction of the cottage from the foundation to the fine finishing takes only two months - said Evgeny Buzheninov, CEO of LSR. Construction-Urals, - sales of prefabricated houses are already launched. There are many variations, for example, the foundation and framework of the future house (walls and partitions) will cost 1.08 million rubles, the house without fine finish - 4.16 million rubles, and the cottage with full finish will cost 4.6 million rubles.

The cottage includes two isolated bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a boiler room and a combined bathroom, as well as all the necessary utilities, including ventilation and water supply system. On the second floor, there is a summer attic of 30 square meters, which could be insulated if desired. The price of such a cottage is comparable with a one-bedroom apartment in Yekaterinburg. It is possible to buy it with a rural mortgage with an interest rate starting from 3%.

The cost of assembling a shell of a cottage made of reinforced concrete items is on average a third less than the cost of assembling a shell of a brick house of the same size. Installation takes only three days and can be done in any weather conditions.

LSR Group is also ready to offer its customers cottages of 140 square meters. In the near future, it is planned to build another demonstration house with an area of 88 square meters.
