LSR Group has completed the project "Rassvetny” in Yekaterinburg

LSR Group has finished the redevelopment of the former industrial area of the reinforced concrete factory in the Kirovsky district of Yekaterinburg.
The “Rassvetny” residential complex was build here, which includes seven houses of variable height and offers 3,592 apartments. The total floor area of the complex is over 173,400 sq. m. The project offers the apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom duplexes with an area ranging from 18.6 to 104 sq. m. The complex includes an aboveground parking space for 352 vehicles with a total area of 5,270 sq. m.
There is a modern kindergarten within courtyard of the residential complex which the capacity for 350 preschoolers. There are also two tennis courts: one is dedicated for football during the summer and hockey in winter times and the second one is for tennis. In addition, there is a dog walking area at the territory of “Rassvetny”.
