LSR Group completed the Zapovedny Park project in St. Petersburg

LSR Group, one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, completed the last buildings in the Zapovedny Park comfort-class residential complex ahead of schedule.
The last five buildings received permission for the commissioning. The entire residential complex consists of nine buildings of different height with 2,642 apartments. The total residential area of the complex was more than 90 thousand square meters, while commercial area accounted for about 3 thousand square meters.
The yards of the residential complex are landscaped and equipped with areas for games and recreation. A barrier-free environment has been created on the territory of the project, the entrance to the front doors is at ground level, while the first floors are equipped with the stroller storages.
The residential complex is located within walking distance from the Novoorlovsky natural reserve. Two schools and three kindergartens are operating in the microdisctrict, while two more kindergartens are being designed. One preschool is being built on the territory of the complex itself. The metro station Prospekt Prosveshcheniya and the exit to the Ring Road are located within 15 minutes drive.
