LSR Group launches a new project in St. Petersburg

LSR Group, second-largest real estate developer in Russia in terms of construction volume, has commenced a construction of a new residential complex at the intersection of Oktyabrskaya Embarkment and Bolshevikov Avenue. The project includes eleven buildings with scenic view apartments.
Residential complex «Oktyabrskaya Naberejnaya» will be developed on a plot of 15.38 hectares with a total area of 252 th. sq. m. and residential area of just over 136 th. sq. m. The area of commercial premises exceeds 6.7 th. sq. m. 1,190 parking lots are also designed in the residential complex. The height of the buildings vary from 16 to 25 floors. The floor plans of the project include 4,429 lots — studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The construction is planned to be fully completed by 2026.
Currently the Company launched an 18-floor building with 867 apartments. It includes studios (357) and one-bedroom apartments (510), which will be delivered to customers with fine finishing. The total area of the apartments is almost 26 th. sq. m. The living area ranges from 20.3 to 37.3 sq. m. The minimum price per sq. m.is 172 thousand rubles.
The residential complex will be located near the Ring road with a fixed Bolshoy Obukhovsky bridge nearby. The nearest metro station is Lomonosovskaya, which can be reached by transport in 20 minutes. The same amount of time is required to get to the city center by car.
The project’s own social infrastructure includes a school for 610 children and a kindergarten for 300 children. The landscaping concept for Oktyabrskaya Naberejnaya presupposes a barrier-free environment. The buildings are designed with strollers storage rooms, storerooms and bicycle parking. The territory will be equipped with a dog walking area, charging stations for electric cars, recreation areas for children and adults. Courtyards will be decorated with perennial shrubs and large-sized plants.
