LSR Group completed the “Flagman” project in Yekaterinburg

The company received permission for launching the last building in the residential complex.
The residential complex “Flagman” was built in the VIZ microdistrict not far from the city center of Yekaterinburg. It includes four buildings with various number of storeys and has 1 473 apartments: from one-room to four-room apartments ranging from 37 to 104 sq. m. The total living area is more than 87 thousand sq. m. Commercial premises are located on the ground floors of the building and occupy more than 6,000 sq. m. The complex has two underground parking for 416 cars with a total area over 12,000 sq. m.
Around 99% of apartments have already been sold and only 15 apartments are left with net sellable area from 78 to 101 sq. m. . The cost per square meter starts at 87,000 rubles.
All the buildings of the complex are united by a common courtyard with a modern sports court with a monolithic surface, various outdoor fitness equipment and ping-pong tables. Different recreation areas for adults are also placed in the courtyard, as well as pedestrian and bicycle paths. There is an inclusive children’s creative center “Razvitie” on the ground floor of the first building of “Flagman” project.
