LSR Group opens sales of apartments in Building 15

Apartments in Building 15 at LSR Group’s ZILART business-class residential development are now on sale. LSR Group is Russia’s second largest developer by production volume. Prices for the apartments start at RUB 9 million, and the homes are scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2023.
Building 15 consists of two blocks of different heights, the first with 16 floors and the second with 8, which will be located on a plot of more than 50,000 square metres. The building will have a total area of 31,600 m2, of which 17,800 m2 will be residential and 2,200 m2 commercial floorspace.
The concept was developed by the St. Petersburg architectural firm Urbis in collaboration with Alexander Brodsky. The multi-storey blocks will reach a maximum height of 55 metres.
Building 15 will feature 356 apartments ranging from 36.4 to 101.6 square metres in area, with ceiling heights of up to 3.1 metres.
Plans for Building 15’s eight-storey block include a mansard roof. Each of the mansard apartments will be fitted with a solid fuel fireplace.
The building will also feature an underground parking area with space for 110 cars.
