LSR Group opens reservations for ZILART TOWER apartments

20 February 2020

LSR Group has opened reservations for the first skyscraper in Moscow’s Danilovsky district, which is to be erected as part of the ZILART business-class residential development.

The 40-floor apartment building will be situated between ZILART’s main pedestrian thoroughfare, Bratyev Vesninykh Boulevard, and Tyufeleva Roshcha Park. A total of 67,000 square metres of property will be built on the site, of which almost 32,000m2 will be for residential use and 4,300m2 for commercial use.

ZILART TOWER will feature 483 apartments, offering between 39m2 and 173m2 of living space. The 39th floor will be given over to studios with panoramic windows, and a penthouse will occupy the top floor.

Three basement floors will house a car park for the skyscraper’s residents and visitors, with space for 219 cars.

ZILART TOWER was designed by Sergey Choban’s architectural firm SPEECH.
At the base of the building will be a two-tier raised platform joining the skyscraper to the neighbouring Diamond House. The platform will house shopping arcades, cafés, restaurants, a gym, and a swimming pool.

ZILART TOWER is very close to Tyufeleva Roshcha Park, a ten-hectare green space with a lake, art installation, and plenty of room to wander, designed by the architect Jerry van Eyck.

The Austrian company STRABAG SE, which is known for its large-scale projects in other European countries, has been engaged to work on construction of the first skyscraper in Danilovsky. STRABAG SE’s previous projects include building the longest railway tunnel in the world (through the Alps), designing the Copenhagen metro, and erecting the Olympic village in Sochi. Work on ZILART TOWER is expected to be complete by the second quarter of 2022.
