Russia joined the Randstad Award scheme, which has been running for 20 years, in 2013. The Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) study is carried out by the independent group Kantar TNS and analyses perceptions of employer branding. At the heart of the ranking’s methodology is an independent survey of jobseekers, who determine the most attractive of the ten companies with the largest payrolls in each of the sectors represented. In Russia, the study covers 24 sectors of the economy. To receive an award, companies must score at least 10% for HR brand recognition among respondents.
In 2020, 13,500 Russians aged 18 to 65 took part in the survey, which evaluated 342 companies. Respondents ranked the key criteria by which they usually choose employers, and awarded companies marks. The companies with the most marks won.
