Zapovedny Park will be located on a 6 hectare land plot, and comprise 9 residential buildings, 14 to 25 stories high. The complex will cover a residential area of more than 90,000 sqm.
Sales of units in Building № 1, which is located close to the Kamenka River embankment, are underway. The total area of the building is nearly 14,000 sqm, with approximately 11,000 sqm of living space. The building comprises of 341 apartments (ranging from studios to two-room apartments) with an area of 19–53 sqm. The price per sqm starts at RUB 83,500. Completion of Building No. 1 is set for Q4 2021.
The entire project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023. Modern, more efficient technologies will be used during construction, which will enable a 30% reduction in heat loss.
Based on existing plans, the complex will consist of about 2,500 fully-fitted apartments. The complex will include studio apartments, functional and comfortable, as well as more spacious apartments with several rooms, in classic and “euro-style” layouts. .
The complex will be enhanced by greenery and good social infrastructure. The project envisages built-in commercial facilities with an area of around 3,000 sqm consisting of shopping, service, and entertainment infrastructure.
The district boasts a well-developed surface transport infrastructure serviced by Prospekt Prosvescheniya and Ozerki metro stations, while motorists will appreciate the convenient traffic links with the St. Petersburg Ring Road and the Western High-Speed Diameter. It is anticipated that another metro station, Shuvalovsky Prospekt, will also open in the district.
