Luchi Residential Complex Wins the RREF AWARDS 2018

The Luchi ("Rays") residential complex is the prize winner in the field of residential real estate RREF AWARDS 2018 in the Buyer's Choice nomination. Buyers voted online for the most worthy residential complex out of the 623 presented.
158 of the largest construction, investment, development, realtor, banking, and consulting companies from more than 20 cities of Russia took part in the RREF AWARDS. In total, more than 31,000 people took part in the voting. The winners were determined in 19 nominations.
General Director of LSR. Nedvizhimost-M, Ivan Romanov, on behalf of the LSR Group thanked the competition organisers and the buyers who voted for the Luchi residential complex.

Taking into account the fact that the sales in the Luchi complex are continuing to grow, there is confidence that Luchi will maintain its leadership in terms of annual results.”
The residential complex is consistently at the top of the list of the most popular newly constructed buildings in Moscow. Thus, Luchi headed the top 10 of the most popular newly constructed buildings in Moscow with a delivery date in the fourth quarter of 2018, according to the data of the Novostroy-M portal. Luchi joined the ranks of the top 10 residential complexes, leading in terms of the number of homes sold since the beginning of 2018, according to analysts of the Bon Ton real estate agency. Finally, in September 2018, the Luchi residential complex once again became the most popular residential comfort-class residential complex in Old Moscow, according to a study presented by the Novostroy-M portal.
