LSR Group’s residential project RIVIERE NOIRE was awarded as the “Best business-class residential housing project in Saint Petersburg” at the XXIV Interregional annual public competition KAISSA. The award ceremony was held on December, 18 in St. Petersburg.
Riviere Noire consists of three buildings. The first building will be located parallel to the Chyornaya River waterfront, the second — on Krasnogvardeysky Lane, and the third — in the neighborhood near Golovin’s Dacha, a unique sample of classical architecture. All building courtyards face the Bolshaya Nevka River.
Riviere Noire is located in the area with developed social infrastructure, including kindergartens, schools, hospitals, banks, shopping centers, and gyms. One can easily reach the Petrograd side by crossing the Kantemirovsky bridge, it takes just a few minutes by car to reach Krestovsky and Kamenny islands, and the nearest metro station, Chyornaya Rechka, is a 15-minute walk away.
KAISSA contest was established in 1995 by the Association of Realtors of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region to reveal the best real estate companies, mass media and real property marketers who contributed to the market development. The contest attracts the public’s attention to the leading real estate companies, promotes experience sharing and cooperation between professionals, provides its awardees with competitive advantages.
