LSR Group’s CEO held a meeting with the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region

20 September 2018

On September 20th, LSR Group’s CEO, Maxim Sokolov, and the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, discussed the prospects of further cooperation between the company and the region, including comprehensive approaches to the construction of residential real estate in the Central Urals. The region’s Minister of Construction, Mikhail Volkov, and the CEO of LSR. Real Estate – Ural, Vladimir Kritsky, also took part in the meeting.

“LSR Group has been operating in the Sverdlovsk region for more than ten years, and during this time we have built about one million square metres of high-quality housing," said Maxim Sokolov. “At the same time we develop social infrastructure for comfortable living not only within our projects.”

It is worth mentioning that the company's portfolio in Yekaterinburg has more than a dozen projects, both already completed and those under construction, including Rassvetny, Voskhod, Khrustalnye Klyuchi, Flagman, Kalinovsky, Serebryanaya Podkova, Lokomotiv, Perspektiva and other.

“I am sure that we will continue implementing real estate development projects together. We had a successful collaboration in Michurinsky project; a lot of work has been done to complete the campus for the Ural Federal University,” Evgeny Kuyvashev said.

The Michurinsky project was in the spotlight at the meeting. In addition to low-rise blocks of apartments, courtyards and commercial real estate, a unique educational complex was built by instruction of the governor. It comprises both a kindergarten and a school. Funds for the project were allocated from the federal, regional and local budgets. According to Maxim Sokolov, the integrated approach providing that a company builds not only apartments but also the related social infrastructure is LSR’s key principles of work.
