LSR group wins awards in five categories in the rating of the construction companies in St. Petersburg

Delovoy Peterburg, a Russian business newspaper published in St. Petersburg, presented its annual rating of construction companies operating in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region. LSR Group won awards in five categories.
This year’s rating was based on the opinion of the professional community of developers. A professional jury, consisting of the managing directors of largest companies and the specialists from the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers, selected the best companies and projects that appeared on the market between August 2017 and October 2018.
LSR Group won five awards in different categories. The LSR group was announced a Developer of the Year in the Elite Market Segment in respect to square meters completed. The group currently has a couple of key projects in the elite market segment in St. Petersburg. The construction of the following elite projects was completed during this year: residential complex Ruskiy Dom in the historical city center and Verona on Krestovskiy island. The elite project Neva House is currently being built on Petrovsky Island.
LSR Group was also announced The Most Active Company based on construction volumes. As of today, the company’s project pipeline includes almost 3.4 million square meters of real estate in Saint Petersburg. The group was also recognized as the 'Most Frequently Mentioned Company' in the Delovoy Peterburg newspaper.
Furthermore, the jury awarded several specific projects of the LSR group including the residential complex Civilizatsiya (under construction on Oktyabrskaya Embankment in the Nevskiy District) that was recognized as The Best Land Redevelopment Project. Almost 800,000 square meters of residential real estate will be constructed and more than 200,000 square meters of recreational space, along with a large number of premises for business, leisure, and social infrastructure.
As for the 'Best RC Architectural Project' category, the award was rightly received by the elite complex Ruskiy Dom, which was designed by the Yevgeniy Gerasimov and Partners architectural studio. This complex was commissioned by the LSR Group in the summer of 2018 and it became a real landmark for the historical development of the St. Petersburg city-center.

Delovoy Peterburg published its rating of construction companies for the sixth consecutive year. The printed edition has been on the market for the last 25 years and its credibility ranks among the highest in the city. The online version of the newspaper has become an extensive internet resource of the North-West region. The paper is particularly known for its numerous ratings that appeal to a diverse audience. Such ratings include a side edition Manager, the annual rating of the best managers in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region TOP 100, bank ratings, etc. Last year’s winner of the Manager of the Year category (the main category within the rating TOP 100), was Mr. Andrey Molchanov, the founder and the chairman of the BoD of the LSR group. Furthermore, Mr. Vasiliy Kostritsa, Deputy CEO of Building Materials division of the LSR Group, and Mr. Dmitriy Khodkevich, CEO of LSR Real Estate – NW received awards¬. Therefore, the LSR group has received the largest number of awards in this honorary rating.
