The building, with a total area exceeding 56 th sqm, comprises 791 apartments with the area ranging from 35 to 103 sqm, as well as commercial premises. The price per sqm starts at RUB 83,000. Apartments are available both with turn-key finishing and without it. The completion is scheduled for mid-2021.
