LSR Group starts pre-sales of apartments in Neva Haus elite residential complex in Saint Petersburg

LSR Group starts pre-sales of apartments in the first buildings of Neva Haus elite residential complex which is currently under construction in the historical part of Saint Petersburg, on Petrovsky Island.

Apartments from 48 to 300 sqm in buildings No. 1 and 2 are available for sale. The price per sqm starts at RUB 150,000. Both buildings are scheduled for completion in 2021.

Neva Haus elite residential complex will consist of eight 7-9 storeys buildings, located along the riverbank at 9-11, Petrovsky Prospekt. The project comprises 896 apartments with the total area exceeding 120 th sq. m. First buildings are planned for completion in 2021 and the whole complex is planned for completion in 2022.

The project will benefit from the infrastructure of the neighboring islands Krestovsky Petrogradsky and Vasilyevsky, including kindergartens and schools, high-end retail and restaurants, green areas, as well as a yacht club located on the Petrovskaya Kosa. Besides the project will have its own commercial facilities with the total area exceeding 4.3 thousand sqm and the underground parking for 907 lots.

Neva Haus is a part of LSR Group’s large-scale development on Petrovsky Island, which will also include Neva Residence business-class residential complex and Neva Art apartment complex.

Petrovsky Island is a unique territory featuring large green areas, amazing water views and the city’s famous sights located nearby. Isolation and the limited construction capacity of the island will ensure a homogeneous social environment which is important for people buying high-end real estate.
