LSR Group became winner of contest «Builder of the Year-2016»

The winners in 13 categories and recipients of five special prizes within the award «Builder of the Year» were announced. Judges of one of the most prestigious contests in the construction industry noted high results of LSR Group.

The name of the «Builder of the Year» was traditionally announced at the official ceremony. This year, Andrey Molchanov, CEO and Chairman of the Board of LSR Group, became the winner. It should be reminded, that Dmitry Khodkevich, Managing Director of LSR. Real Estate – North-West, was awarded in the past year.

Following the results of 2016, LSR Group and its business unit were included in the short list of the the contest the «Builder of the Year-2016» in three categories. The company became the winner in the following categories: the «Best Company in the Area of Comfort Class Housing Construction» and the «Best Company in the Area of Elite and Business Class Housing Construction». Following the voting results of the competent judges, the company became the best in the market of comfort class real estate. 

LSR. Construction - North-West reached the final in the category the «Best Company in the Area of Construction Safety and Health Regulations Observance».

Besides, LSR Group won in the special category of the contest «For Active Participation in Professional Contests». 

The «Builder of the Year» started in 2003. Since that time this contest became a good tradition of Saint Petersburg and received the status of one of the most prestigious awards in the construction industry. The goal of the contest is to find representatives of the city construction industry that reached the highest results in their work and significantly contributed in development of the investment and construction complex of Saint Petersburg and improvement of its investment potential. The main objectives of the contest are to raise public awareness and city authorities awareness of the most conscientious construction market participants as well as to improve methods of companies reliability determination.
