LSR Group started pre-sales in new buildings of Luchi project

LSR Group has started pre-sales of apartments in new buildings (1&2) of Luchi residential project located near Solntsevo metro station in Moscow.
We are offering apartments ranging from 34.6 sq. m up to 100 sq. m. The price per square meter starts at RUB 97,000. The two buildings are scheduled for completion by the end of November 2018.
Luchi complex comprises eight comfort class buildings and one business class building of various heights (up to 25 floors) and an underground parking area.
