National Union of Developers published revised rating of largest Russian developers 2016 based on the current construction volume. LSR Group heads the rating again.
Current construction volume of LSR Group is about 2.34 million m2. Now LSR Group implements several large-scale projects in host cities: ZILART and LUCHI (Moscow), Tsvetnoy Gorod and Novaya Okhta (Saint Petersburg) and Michurinsky (Yekaterinburg). Residential complexes are noted for customized approach to architecture, smart layouts and infrastructure available within the territory of the complex.

Unified register of developers is a unique project implemented with support from the National Union of Developers. It includes full database of developers that build houses within the territory of the Russian Federation involving funds obtained from people on the basis of Agreement on Participation in Shared Construction.
