LSR Group starts pre-sales in a new residential project in Yekaterinburg

LSR. Real estate – Urals started pre-sales in “Flagman” residential project in Yekaterinburg. It is located in one of the most prestigious city districts – VIZ - on Repina, Zavodskaya and Nachdiva Vasilieva streets. Total area of the project is more than 70 thousand m2.
The project consists of four 10- to 25-storey buildings with an underground parking. Price for an apartment starts from RUB 3.1m. Apartments in “Flagman” project will be delivered to customers on a turnkey basis.
The neighborhood has well-developed social infrastructure: kindergartens and schools, shopping and sports centers, nearby there is the Verh-Isetskiy pond.
The ground and first floors will be used with commercial premises.
Customers of “Flagman” project are able to apply for mortgage financing at the leading Russian banks: Sberbank, VTB24 and Gazprombank. Maternity capital, a state housing certificate can be used as a down payment or a part of the cash payment. It is also possible to buy an apartment using real estate trade-in.
