LSR Group starts pre-sales in Kalina-park II residential project

LSR Group started pre-sales in the comfort-class Kalina-Park II residential project with a net sellable area of ca. 103 th sq m in the Kalininsky district of St Petersburg.The Kalina-Park II will comprise eight 9-25-storey residential blocks with 1683 apartments. The area of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranges from 33 to 116 sq m. The price per sq m will be from RUB 73,000.
The Kalina-Park II is situated in an area with well-developed infrastructure, close to the Lesnaya metro station. It is conveniently located with numerous supermarkets and shopping centres nearby. The success of the first stage of the project launched in 2013 clearly demonstrates that the Kalina-Park II will be very popular among the customers.
The first 3 blocks with a net sellable area of ca. 32 th sq m will be completed already in 2015.
