This year, LSR Group has launched a record number of new projects – in all the regions of operations construction of 10 residential complexes with a total area of 2,2 million sq m has begun. During the period from January to September, pre-sale of 615 th m2 of residential properties has started, most of it in St. Petersburg - 460 th sq m. By the end of the year, the company is planning to sell 620 th sq m of residential properties totally in all the regions. At present, LSR Group has achieved the sale level of about 1300 apartments per month.
Production capacity of the company’s three house-building factories in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg has achieved 1 million sq m of residential properties a year. In 2012, LSR Group units constructed 825 th sq m, this year the company plans to obtain a higher result.
LSR Group is among the most innovative companies in the construction materials market. In 2013, the company was the first in Russia to launch production of clinker brick. LSR Cement plant was the first in Russia to have its production certified as meeting EU standards. Moreover, a reinforced concrete production complex with total capacity of 330 th cub m was launched this year to become the largest and the most advanced in the North-West region.
