LSR Group once again is number 1 among construction companies in the “Capitalisation-200” list by Expert RA rating agency.
LSR Group also becomes one of the leaders in housing construction according to the rating “Expert-400”, which annually highlights largest companies in Russia by sales volume.
Today rating “Expert-400” is the most comprehensive list of leading companies in Russia. It is recognized both locally and abroad and receives wide coverage by national and foreign media. Rating “Capitalisation-200” – largest companies by market value – is based on the value of company’s shares on a certain date (here, as of September 9, 2011).
The data are collected in 3 stages. First, the companies are chosen upon previous years’ ratings, last annual financial statements and media announcements. Then, the applicants are interviewed and asked to provide key performance highlights for 2009-2010 period. And, finally, the data from Federal Service of State Statistics and corporate web-sites are used to fill the remaining information gaps.
