Construction Corporation Renaissance of St. Petersburg wins KAISSA-2011

On December 9, 2011, Construction Corporation Renaissance of St. Petersburg, a subsidiary of LSR Group, became “The best company in elite real estate” in the KAISSA contest organized by St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region Association of Realtors.

KAISSA is a multiregional annual public contest in real estate held for the 17th time this year. The contest gathers various real estate professionals – realtor and construction companies, brokerage and law firms, banks and insurance companies’ representatives, and the media – to vote for the best nominee. The judges take into consideration both companies’ general performance during the year and the final presentation.

This year the prize in the new nomination only for elite real estate went to the market’s leader - Construction Corporation Renaissance of St. Petersburg. The company’s share in sold apartments over 3 quarters of 2011 was 34%.
