Residential building at Kamennoostrovskiy Prospekt by Construction Corporation Renaissance of St. Petersburg – the winner of prestigious international

Construction Corporation  Renaissance of St. Petersburg ( a subsidiary of LSR Group) and OOO Osobnyak (a subsidiary of LSR Group) nominated their projects as the Best Implemented Development Project on the Russian Real Estate Market 2010 at a local stage (FIABCI-Russia) of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards 2011.

Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt, 62 de Luxe class residential complex (by Construction Corporation  Renaissance of St. Petersburg) which includes a mansion of architect Andrey Voronikhin, became the winner in the Residential Real Estate Nomination (sub-nomination “High-rise construction”). Novy Mir gated community (by OOO Osobnyak) as a final nominee was awarded with a Diploma in the Residential Real Estate Nomination (sub-nomination “Low-rise construction”).

91 applications were sent to the category “The Best Implemented Development Project on the Russian Real Estate Market 2010” this year, including real estate projects from 19 largest Russian cities. The Residential Real Estate Nomination had the majority of the participants – 20 projects.

FIABCI-Russia is the first stage of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards – one of the world’s most prestigious real estate awards – held by the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI, since 1992. The winners of the first stage can participate in  FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards. FIABCI-Russia is held since 2007.

Kamennoostrovsky, 62 Residential Building

The Awards winner residential building, designed by Reinberg and Sharov architectural workshop, is the gem of Kamennoostrovskaya Collection. Comprising several buildings, the residential complex combines classical architecture of St. Petersburg with advanced engineering equipment.
The building consists of 7-storey residential building with built-in commercial premises and a renovated 19th century mansion - former summer house of architect Andrey Voronikhin, connected with the building by a glazed gallery.

There are four two-level penthouses on the upper floors of the residential building overlooking the Petrogradsky district.

The project was completed in December 2008.

Novy Mir gated community
