Ministry of Defence acquires the housing from OOO City House Building Company (OOO GDSK)

ООО House Building Company (OOO GDSK), 100% subsidiary of LSR Group, has won the open auction to conclude a government contract for sale of apartments in St.Petersburg for the needs of the Ministry of Defence.The total amount of the government contract is RUR 4,685 million.

According to the auction results, the government contract is to be concluded for 1, 704 flats, 2-, 3- and 4-room, with a total area of  105,766 sq. m, located mostly in panel houses which are currently under development.
