City House Building Company (a company of LSR Group) is launching a new programme, “New Fit-out Standard” (NFS) aimed at replacing the currently used finishing materials with their latest versions as well as introducing more advanced technologies and functional solutions.
Since its foundation in 2001, City House Building Company (GDSK) has been delivering 90% of flats with their fit-out fully completed. Benefiting from the developing market of finishing materials and technologies as well as aiming at enhanced quality of its housing projects, the company has now decided to implement a New Fit-out Standard (NFS) programme.
Under the NFS all of the materials used are to be modified: conventional wallpaper will be replaced with vinyl and latex coated wall coverings, standard mixers – with foreign-made modern-design products, lavatory floors will now have ceramic coating, and heating radiators will be thermally controlled. The flats will have metal entrance doors. House doorways have also been improved to feature elevators by best manufacturers, durable coating of entry walls and elevator lobbies, and ceramic granite floors. The integrated street faзade glazing of loggias and balconies is now supplemented with courtyard-side glazing. GDSK keeps providing advanced outdoor lighting of house doorways and yards as well as landscaping work installing enclosed children’s play areas and sports grounds.

We are keeping track of new trends, materials and technologies so the new standard incorporates a variety of “special details” providing for real homeliness,” said Ekaterina Nemchenko, GDSK’s Commercial Director. — “Wall coverings are selected with account for flat layout, bathroom mixers and sanitary engineering equipment are of foreign makes, plastic baseboards are provided with cable ducts. Traditionally, double insulated glazing systems are used for the windows. Care is also taken to provide for secure living in our houses: each entrance to the house is fitted with a code lock metal door; the video surveillance system is connected to the doorkeeper service. We hope our customers will appreciate our efforts.”
