LSR Group Fully Pays the Yield on the Third Coupon of Bond Loan

OOO LSR-Invest, a 100% subsidiary of OJSC LSR Group founded specifically to raise funds for the Group’s companies, has fully paid the yield on the third coupon of its Series 01 bonds totalling 106.7 million roubles.

The bond interest rate was established at 10.7% p.a. The interest payable was 53.35 roubles per bond. Consequently, LSR Group has now paid the yield on the first three coupons of Series 01 bonds in the amount of RUB 320.1 million.

This is the second bond issue of LSR Group placed in December 2006 and worth RUB 2 billion. The total number of bonds issued was 2 million. The bond coupon rate at the time of placement was one of the lowest in the bonds market of Russian construction companies at 10.7%.

LSR Group has a B1 rating, outlook – stable assigned by Moody’s Investors Service in July 2007 and confirmed on May 30, 2008, and a B+ rating, outlook – stable assigned by Fitch Ratings on May 30, 2008.

In 2007, LSR Group was bestowed a National Award in the field of business as ‘The Company of the Year’ in the ‘Construction’ category.
