LSR Group Fully Pays the Yield on the Second Coupon of Bond Loan

OOO LSR-Invest, a 100% subsidiary of OJSC LSR Group founded specifically to raise funds for the Group’s companies, has fully paid the yield on the second coupon of its Series 02 bonds totalling 124.92 million roubles.

The bond interest rate was set at 8.35%  p.a. The interest payable was 41.64 roubles per bond. Consequently, LSR Group has now paid the yield on the first two coupons of Series 02 bonds in the amount of RUB 249.84 million.

This is the third bond issue of LSR Group placed in July 2007 and worth RUB 3 billion. The total number of bonds issued was 3 million.

The bond coupon rate was record-beating low for the construction and property development sector at the time of placement – 8.35 % in roubles. Previously, construction industry companies only succeeded in placing their bond issues at the rate of at least 9% in roubles.
