West European Parkway at Repino-Leninskoye

14 February 2006

Parkway is a modern cottage village consisting of 57 houses located fifty kilometres from the city on the Scandinavia Highway. The village covers an area of 9 hectares. The area of the modular unit houses ranges from 100 sq. metres on adjacent plots of land.

Parkway is a village with memorable architecture. Potential customers are offered a choice of two styles for the faзades of their houses.

Both styles suit each other harmoniously. This is done by modern framework technology, as well as by combining such materials as wood, plaster and artificial stone in the faзade decoration, because they give the cottages an elegant and decoratively expressive appearance.

Planned layout solutions at the houses provide for a selection of rooms necessary for a family of three-to-four people. In each house that is part of the project, there is a kitchen/dining-room, spacious bedrooms, clothes rooms and utility rooms.

Residing in a village will now be comparable with living in a well-appointed town flat.

The houses will be provided with all the necessary utilities — gas, electricity, water and sewage-disposal. The territory of the village will be surrounded by a perimeter and guarded by security staff 24/7.

Apart from the cottages, the complex will have a children’s leisure centre. Along a green boulevard, there will be a leisure area with flower-beds and shrubs, and an equipped universal sports arena.

Sales start in March, 2006

Building begins in May 2006. The period for the completion of the project is set at 2 years.

In May 2005, the Osobnyak Company is implementing a second project in the Repino-Leninskoye District — the Novy Mir (New World) Cottage Village. The total area of the cottage village is 20 hectares. The number of houses in the village is 93. The areas of the cottages range from 121 to 228 square metres. The areas of the plots adjacent to the houses range from 12 to 22 sotki. Near the Sestroretsky razliv (Sestroretsky Overflow) lake, there are plans to build by the first quarter of 2008 a small residential complex called the Zhemchuzhina Razliva (Pearl of the Overflow). On an area of 6.8 hectares, there are current plans to build 40 stone two-storey houses ranging from 144 to 232 square metres.
