“COUNTRY LIFE” — TRY LENEXPO

24 April 2006

The original decoration of the Osobnyak Company`s stand attracted general attention at the international building forum, Interstroiexpo, which took place from April 18 to 22, 2006.

OOO Osobnyak`s area of speciality is building small estates comprised of cottages. With this aim in view, it selects the finest spots in the Leningrad Region’s prospective cottage-building zone or in the nearest prestige suburbs of St. Petersburg.

At the international building forum, Interstroiexpo, the Osobnyak Company offered three such estates: the New World, the Parkway, and the Pearl of the Razliv. Company employees were pleased to answer any questions relating to the estates, and spoke about life in the country in general. It was interesting to note that despite an abundance of bright, original stands, the Osobnyak Company’s stand stood out noticeably from the crowd. The vivid representation of country life, particularly the colourful scenery around and the wicker furniture — not to mention the flower bed with real plants that charmed everyone — undoubtedly attracted the attention of passers-by.

Many of the exhibition guests — as well as representatives of competitor companies located nearby couldn’t resist admiring the picturesque scenery, sitting in the comfortable rattan chairs, and smelling the pleasant aroma of the tulips. The choice of flowers was no accident. Tulips personify spring, the time when nature awakens after the winter hibernation and everything around changes. People noticeably smile more often and enjoy the first rays of the sun, which peer timidly from behind the clouds, but still provide pleasant warmth.

It is very important that a person in the countryside should feel comfortable at leisure. So it is the primary aim of the Osobnyak Company, when building its cottage estates, to provide such comfortable conditions. “We try to create,” said Maya Afanasieva, head of the marketing and advertising department of OOO Osobnyak, “a harmonious combination of nature and civilization so as to give people the opportunity of living in a fine, modern and comfortable home right in the heart of nature.”
