In April 2007, OOO Osobnyak has completed the first stage of the Zhemchuzhina Razliva (The Pearl of the Razliv Lake) cottage township in Kurortnyi District.
Zhemchuzhina Razliva is constructed in 30 km from St. Petersburg and in 200 from the Sestroretskiy Razliv Lake. There is practically no elite country housing for sale in this area; for this reason, the «Pearl» could be called «the first swallow» of that type of construction. The big area of glazing of the newly built cottages is the architectural peculiarity of the «Pearl;» this makes the facades look very elegant. The cost of such a cottage is 507 thousand conditional units (1 c.u. = 31 rubles). «Sales at Zhemchuzhina Razliva are going well,» — Maya Afanasieva, Commercial Director of OOO Osobnyak, commented. For reference: OOO Osobnyak (an enterprise of the LSR Group) was established in September 2004. Its specialization is construction of cottage townships of various classes of comfort with consideration of the general concept of the territory development. Presently, the company is implementing four projects: «Zhemchuzina Razliva» in Kurortnyi District, «Elegia,» «Novyi Mir,» and «Parkway» in Repino-Leninskoye Zhemchuzina Razliva is a cottage township of the de luxe class on the shore of the Sestroretskiy Razliv Lake. Four types of two-level houses with floor space from 144 to 238 sq. meters are under construction; each has a 10-15 are land plot. All cottages are provided with modern engineering systems. The township territory will be lighted up with ironwork street lights; pedestrian paths will be formed, and children's and sports playing grounds equipped. Exploitation services and the security will be located in an administrative building by the township entrance. Besides that, all the infrastructure of the nearby resorts of Sestroretsk and Repino are at the service of the township residents: various sportive and entertaining sites, restaurants, tennis courts, and the hippo and golf clubs.
