Sergey Skaterschikov
Member of the Board of Directors of OJSC LSR Group

Born in 1972. Graduated from Moscow State University in 1994 and Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, USA with a Global Executive MBA in 2003.

Has 19 years of professional experience in management, finance and Internet industry. From 2005 to 2007 he was an investment banking director at Dresdner Kleinwort Bank, responsible for the bank's IPO business in Russia & CIS. Until November 2008, he was a Vice President, Strategy and Development of OJSC MTS (NYSE: MBT).

At present Sergey Skaterschikov is a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC OMZ, OJSC Volga and Independence Holding Limited, he is also Chairman of Skate's Art Market Research.

Joined LSR Group Board of  Directors in 2007, from May till September 2011 he was Deputy CEO of LSR Group for Strategy, Marketing and Business Development and currently remains in LSR board in non-executive role.
