Leadership

Leadership has been the philosophy of our business since its foundation. We are leaders in the most of our core markets. We have a solid track record of building and protecting our market leadership positions. However, leadership is much more meaningful and essential for us than just market leadership. We are committed to leadership in every aspect of our business. Leadership is our way of thinking and doing business.

Efficiency

We are committing substantial investments into the improvement of the efficiency of our business. We keep supplying our factories with modern equipment in order to improve the quality of our products and reduce the costs, especially labor and energy costs that account for a significant share of production costs in the building materials industry. A good example of our efficiency projects is the construction of a new state-of-the-art brick factory that will replace our three less efficient existing brick factories. We are continuously reviewing our operations in order to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.

Growth

We are a fast growing company. We have been growing rapidly in the past and are working hard to keep the high rate of growth in the future. We are developing our business through organic growth, geographic expansion and selective acquisitions.
