Founded in 1993, LSR Group is one of the leading real estate development, construction and building materials companies in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. We are also actively developing our operations in Moscow, Ekaterinburg, Ukraine and Baltic countries.

We are one of the leaders in the development of elite residential real estate projects in St Petersburg and a major developer of mass-market property. We also have the leading market positions in the production of building materials and aggregates in St Petersburg and the surrounding Leningrad region.

We are one of the largest producers of ceramic bricks and one of the largest producers of aerated concrete in Russia. We are the market leader in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region in each of sand, crushed granite, bricks, reinforced concrete, ready-mix concrete and aerated concrete segments.

In 2008 LSR Group revenues increased by 39% up to RUR 49,813 million. EBITDA increased by 67% up to RUR 13,178  million and EBITDA margin increased from 22% to 26%.

In December, 2007 LSR Group was awarded the Company of the Year National Business Award in ‘Construction’ category.
